This notice explains how Storm Web Studio handles information you choose to send by email or Messenger.
What information is collected?
The website does not store form answers. If you choose to send the prepared email, Storm Web Studio receives the name, email address, business details, service area, current website and message you include.
Why is it used?
To respond to your enquiry, review the website or business needs you describe, prepare a proposal and provide an agreed service.
Who receives it?
Storm Web Studio and the email or Messenger providers used to deliver your message. If you later become a customer, only the trusted services needed to provide hosting, support or payments will receive relevant information. Raw card details will not be stored by Storm Web Studio.
How long is it kept?
Enquiry information should only be kept for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, legal records or an active customer relationship.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held, request a correction or ask for deletion where there is no legal reason to keep it.
